In this session, we’ll spend some time pushing into advanced SQL techniques and lesser-known database tables and objects to give you some useful ideas and sample code to try back home.

• Utilizing some useful eSchoolPLUS SQL functions and procedures
• Digging into Audit History tables to identify user actions for inquiries (useful for HR-related issues and state auditors inquiries)
• Parsing eSchoolPLUS error logs to troubleshoot patterns
• Encapsulate recurring maintenance tasks within stored procedures, and reviewing those results in an integrations competency center (Attend the Deep Dive Session)

If your district manages more than a small handful of integrations and overnight processes, it becomes quite a challenge to keep track of them all. In this session, we will deeply dive into how to create your own integrations competency center (source code included) to manage your recurring tasks in both eSchoolPLUS and BusinessPLUS. Once in place, answers to these questions will always be at your fingertips.
